RETURN POLICY

Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be available for return. Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. Parts are uniquely identified by markings on the part. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Call Auto Parts representative) will not be refunded.

All problems must all problems must be in writing via mail, email or fax to verify a problem with a particular part or installation.

If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify our customer service department. Do not send the part back before receiving a RMA.

Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Call Auto Parts must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Items returned to Call Auto Parts will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer expense. Once the item is returned we will gladly issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

You can cancel your order within 24 hours, after placing it. You can cancel the order by calling our customer care on (713)893-8774 or sending an email to sales@callautoparts.us all telephonic cancellations should obtain a cancellation reference number for a future reference. Cancellation reference number is mandatory for any disputes whatsoever.

For email cancellations, you will receive a confirmation email within the cancellation reference number. If you do not receive the cancellation confirmation number within 24 hours then please call our customer care to obtain your cancellation reference number. This responsibility lies on the customer. All calls to our customer care department are recorded for future reference and are available on request.

In event you want to cancel your order after 24 hours or after the part being shipped out then you will have to call customer care to discuss it, in this regards email cancellation requests will not be entertained. Call Auto Parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund for cancellations made after 24 hours all the order have to be cancellations before 24 hrs of placed order if not 25% of amount will be deducted from whole amount.
